If you would like to change your booking,  please email us using this form.

Please note, the transfer of your booking is subject to availability and cannot be used for any special events.

If you have booked FLEXI TICKETS, you can change the date and time of your booking up to 9am on the day of your visit free of charge up to 2 times per ticket.

If you have booked SEMI FLEXI TICKETS, you can change the date and time of your booking up to 48 hours before your visit free of charge. If you contact us later than that, you will be charged a £15 rebooking fee.

If you have booked STANDARD TICKETS, you can change the date and time of your booking up to 9am on the day of your visit. Please note that a £15 rebooking fee applies.

By sending us this form, you agree with us charging you the £15 rebooking fee per booking if you change a STANDARD TICKET or a SEMI FLEXI TICKET after the 48 hours notice period.
