Your tour will be led by one of our expert English-speaking storytellers.

To make your visit even more immersive, we offer free multimedia and audio guides in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch and Hungarian.

We also offer British Sign Language (BSL) and International Sign Language (IS) versions, making our hidden history more accessible than ever.

Getting started

Simply follow the steps below before your tour begins.

Important: Earphones or headphones are required if you are using an audio guide during your visit. Please remember to bring your own. If you don't have headphones, you can still follow along by reading the translated text on your smartphone.
