Change your booking
You can change the date and time of your booking online by following the step-by-step instructions below.

Standard Tickets: You can change your booking for free up to 4 hours before your tour time.

Essential Tickets: A £15 rebooking fee applies. Changes must also be made up to 4 hours before your tour.

Important update: If you booked a Standard Ticket before 1st February 2026, it is now an Essential Ticket.
Step 2
- Option 1 – If you created an account when buying tickets
- Log in with your username and password
- Option 2 – If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgotten your password? Reset password”. Enter the email you used to book your tickets and you should receive an email to reset the password.
If you didn't create an account when buying your tickets, you can still use this option to locate your tickets in our system.
Step 3
Your upcoming booking will appear on the homepage. If it doesn’t, click on “My bookings & Vouchers”, and then on “Upcoming bookings”.
Step 4
Click on the hamburger menu. Then on “Reschedule”.
Select the experience(s) you wish to reschedule.
Select the new date and time you would like to visit, click “Book now” and follow the usual booking process.
You will then receive a new booking confirmation email.
Your new booking confirmation is your proof of tour change. Please check the details are correct because you will be required to show this.
