We also now offer British Sign Language (BSL) and International Sign Language (IS) versions, making our hidden history more accessible than ever.
Follow the steps below to get started.
IMPORTANT – earphones/headphones are mandatory for audio guides during the tour. If you don’t have headphones, you can read the translation on the app.

Choose Download Multimedia.
Step 3
Choose the Language you want to download and click “Yes”.
Step 5
Download the audio content.
Step 6
Click on “Start Tour”. The room menu will appear, choose a room and click play to listen to the audio.
Important
Ear/headphones are mandatory during the tour. Remember to bring them with you on the day of your visit. If you do not have earphones, you can also read the translation on your smartphone.
