Meet a special member of the Chesney family, one of the last residents of the Close, who will transport you to Edinburgh’s Victorian era with tales of the festive season as it was then.
Learn how Christmas traditions evolved in the heart of Edinburgh, hear fascinating folklore, and perhaps be surprised by the customs we still cherish today. Warm yourself with a cup of tea and savour traditional scones topped with clotted cream and jam.
