Why Are Prices Lower This Summer?

The Government has temporarily reduced VAT on admission tickets from 20% to 5% to UK family attractions from 25 June to 1 September 2026.​

The discount is  already included in the ticket price shown online, so there's nothing extra you need to do. Just book and enjoy the savings!

How it works:

  • Savings automatically applied: The VAT saving is already included in the ticket price. 
  • Which experiences are included? The discounts apply to our family-friendly experiences, including the Signature Guided Tour and Dr Arnott's 17th Century Medicine Experience. 
  • Discount period: Available from 25 June to 1 September 2026.​
  • Online tickets: We'd recommend pre-booking online to secure your discounted tickets and preferred time slots.
