The Space

The Real Mary King’s Close Boardroom’s unique setting makes it the ideal place to hold private meetings, training sessions, and corporate away days. Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, within our five-star heritage visitor attraction, the boardroom looks out onto the internationally recognised Royal Mile.

We offer a broad range of layouts accustomed to your setting, which includes:

  • Tabled seating for up to 14, or chair-only arrangements for up to 20.
  • Free high-speed Wi-Fi and modern conference technology
  • A selection of catering packages for full-day and half-day meetings

Pricing

Both the full-day and half-day rates are available all year round. Please note that prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • Full day (09:30 – 17:00) – £275
  • Half day (09:30 – 13:00 / 13:30 – 17:00) – £215

Catering

While we can no longer offer in-house breakfast or lunch catering within the meeting room, we remain committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Guests using the space can still enjoy our tea and coffee facilities, which are available throughout the day and refreshed regularly. £4 per person.

Private Tours

Use part of Edinburgh’s hidden history to engage your team and build relationships with clients with your very own Private Tour.

Follow one of Edinburgh’s past residents in underground alleyways as they tell you about the people who have lived, worked, and died on these streets. Up to 20 people per tour.
