NEW FOR 2008!
We are delighted to announce the opening of The Royal Exchange Coffee House at The Real Mary King's Close! Situated in the courtyard directly outside the attraction, the cafe offers visitors and non-visitors the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the Royal Mile and relax with a cup of fair-trade coffee and enjoy some Scottish sweet treats!
We were delighted that Cllr Jenny Dawe, Leader of Edinburgh City Council, was able to join us to formally open the cafe on August 1st. She gave a fantastic speech, revealing her talent as a historian by telling us lots of new facts about the original Royal Exchange Coffee House!
