Opening Times
We are open 7 days a week (except Christmas Day) with tours departing every 20 minutes from 10.00am and lasting approximately 1 hour. In August we give you an extra hour to experience the Close - we open at 9am for all you early birds!

Pre-booking is essential as each of our tours are limited in places. Payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Delta). We are closed on Christmas Day, however we are open on Boxing Day, New Year's Day and all other Public Holidays.

*We regret that we cannot accommodate pushchairs and, for Health and Safety reasons, we cannot include any children under the age of 5 years on our tours. All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Late arrivals
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be admitted once a tour has started. Tickets are non-transferable or refundable for late arrivals. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your tour time.
