* Group discounts are restricted during July, August, Mary King's Ghost Fest and on our special themed tours over Halloween and Christmas. Please call for further information and clarification on when discounts are available.

Our group bookings office is open Monday to Friday, 9am until 430pm. Please note the Reservations Office is closed on UK Public Holidays.

Payment Options
Prepayment is required for all group bookings. The Real Mary King’s Close accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard and Visa. Cheques should be made payable to The Continuum Group Ltd. Credit and voucher facilities are only accepted when a written agreement is established with our Reservations Team in advance of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be given 48 hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of your reserved booking. For all special packages or private hire, notice of cancellation must be given seven days in advance otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% will be imposed.
