As the underground site of The Real Mary King’s Close has uneven surfaces and some steep inclines, sturdy footwear is essential. We extend a warm welcome to all our visitors but the historic layout and design of this site does mean that access may be difficult for certain individuals.
Ramped access is provided to the information and retail outlet, and disabled toilet facilities are also available. We continually review our attraction to improve access wherever possible. For detailed access information, please call us.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pushchairs and, for Health and Safety reasons, we cannot include any children under the age of 5 years on our tours. All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
